Accepted Payment Methods
Smokers Roundup accepts payment via E-Check. Alternatively, you can print out our Mail Order form and send your order in with a Money Order.
E-Check Information
Credit Card transactions for tobacco purchases are no longer allowed. As an alternative you can use the e-check option. This will act the same as a debit card, the funds will be withdrawn directly and immediately from your checking or savings account.
MAXIMUM: $800 per order.
On Checkout, choose E-Checking. You will be asked for your name, the bank name, checking account number and bank routing number. Every other feature remains the same. You will be given an order number and your products will be delivered in the same time frame.
ROUTING NUMBER: Bottom left corner - 9-digit number
BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER: Right after routing number 6-15 digits. (Do not include check number)
ECHECK rejections:
For your order to be accepted by us the billing address and shipping address must match or your order will be rejected and your order will not be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Postal Money Orders
We accept POSTAL Money Orders by MAIL-ORDER only. No personal money orders from bank institutions, saving and loans, credit unions, thrift stores such as 7-11 etc. will be accepted. Click HERE to print your order. Include your Money Order when mailing and a copy of driver's license for first time orders. Be aware that because of past experiences with fraudulent money orders, we will hold your money order for up to 10 business days until the money has cleared with the bank. Once we receive our payment, we will process and ship your order within 24 to 28 hours.
Order Processing
Once a customer places an order with us, the shipping information and bank account information that is on the order is automatically sent to our bank processor. Our bank processor examines the information, making sure that everything matches up. Your Bank, Saving & Loan or Credit Union will issue a withdrawal from your account for the amount that is on the order and a credit will be sent to our bank processor. Our bank will not authorize the Reservation to begin fulfilling any orders until they physically receive the money from your bank. No exceptions! Because this is an electronic checking transaction and not a credit card transaction the withdrawal of funds may show on your account right away but the funds may take several days to be credited to the bank processor for the Reservation. The total turnaround for orders to be placed with us is now 7 to 10 business days excluding weekends and holidays.
Important Note: No order is shipped out the same day an order is placed. Once the bank issues an authorization to the Reservation the order is placed in a batch to be fulfilled the following day. During fulfillment of the order, the shipping department places an order with one of its distributors for the product or products that are listed on the invoice. Once the Reservation receives the product or products from the distributor the order is shipped out within 24 to 28 hours. No tobacco is kept on the shelf to insure you receive the freshest product possible.
The maximum amount an order can be place is $800.00. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Weekend Orders:
Because we are not opened on the weekends, orders placed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday are processed but not fulfilled until the following business day.

Shipping Rates:
Post Office: $6.00 flat rate for 1-5 items – Any Additional items add $1.25 each to the shipping cost.

US Postal delivery
All packages that are shipped by us are shipped via US Priority Mail. Because the Post Office delivery system can be unpredictable, all packages once shipped can take up to 3 to 7 business days to arrive at their destination. Please take in account that all National holidays and weekends can delay package arrivals.
SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS
All tobacco orders will require a signature from an adult upon delivery of the parcel from the US Postal Service. If there is no adult present to sign for the package, a notice will be left by the currier and the recipient will have to go to their local Post Office to retrieve the package. If the package is not claimed within 10 business days, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. Shipping charges will be charged again if the package has to be shipped back to the customer.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Every package shipped by us is given a tracking number by the US Postal Service. This tracking number will only let you know that the package has been shipped. You can request to be given a tracking number by us in which you can go online and track your order. But the US Postal Service computers are not up to date, so by the time you find out where your package is going you will already have it.
Shipments Outside The US
We cannot ship any tobacco products anywhere outside the Continental United States. This includes Canada.

Our Bank Processor:
Our web site SmokersRoundup.com is directly connected to our bank processor. This means that all orders placed with us must be placed on the web site. This includes all telephone orders! When an order is placed on the site it is automatically processed by the bank the next business day after you place your order. By having this in place, we have eliminated the problems of fraud, and minors trying to place orders.
PHOTO ID REQUIREMENTS:
A photo ID must be sent to us for all first-time orders. Once you receive your invoice in your email account, you must print up a copy of that order invoice and fax it along with a printed copy of your photo ID. Fax both pages to 1-716-934-2742. This must take place before we can ship your order. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Ordering errors and wrong product shipped
Occasionally errors occur in filling orders, or product may be damaged in transit. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any wrong products shipped. If a wrong product has been shipped due to an error in our shipping department, we will re-ship the correct merchandise and refund your shipping cost once we receive the incorrect product that you have returned to us.
Package Return Requirements
When sending incorrect product back to us, please use the box that the package came in, and re-tape if necessary. Please re-address the package to be sent to the following return address: SF.com , P.O. Box 365 Irving, NY 14081. Be sure to include a detailed letter explaining why you are returning the product, a copy of your order invoice and a copy of your shipping receipt. This will help the shipping department re-fill your order with the correct product and the accounting agent will have the proper information to issue a shipping refund.
